Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-14 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Orders placed after 12 PM (EST) will be processed the following business day.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method and destination.
  • We offer the following shipping options:
    • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
    Note: Shipping times are estimates and can vary based on your location, the shipping carrier, and other factors like weather or holidays.

Free Shipping

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders over [Your Free Shipping Threshold] (domestic only).

International Shipping

  • We do NOT offer international shipping to select countries. 
  • Please note: This is only a TEMPORARY policy.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
  • You can track your package directly through the carrier's website or within your Shopify account.

Shipping Delays

  • While we strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible, please be aware that shipping delays can occur due to high demand, weather conditions, or other unexpected events. We will notify you if there are any significant delays with your order.

Shipping Address Accuracy

  • Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays or misdeliveries caused by incorrect address details. Lost or Damaged Items

  • If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your tracking information. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a replacement item.
